Hosting on our ASP platform is recommended and is the most cost efficient option.  By choosing this option clients have no need for further expenditure on complex IT systems and maintenance.

Needless to say we provide full security, monitoring and support for your system and data.  Our hosting service is checked and monitored on a regular basis. 

All our solutions are offered inclusive of hosting on our ASP Platform, so clients need no in-house technical knowledge and support. Expenses for ASP hosting are included in the low cost monthly license fees.

For larger clients we also offer an option for self-hosting in-house which is backed by our technical support services.  Self hosting does incur an initial one-off additional installation fee.

When clients opt to self-host the application environment, we provide them with full assistance with implementation, and our services are backed by a full helpdesk for detailed support questions.

Self-hosting companies need a server running a Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft IIS. Support and maintenance for the systems are under the responsibility of the client. Nevertheless, our support teams are just a phone call away.
