Near Shore - How Does It Work?

cibsys has a dedicated IT team based in Spain which can rapidly develop and deliver IT solutions and services, for customers in the major European financial and corporate centres.  Unlike many other near-shore providers, we aim to link the local and near-shore teams with staff from the client's country, thereby overcoming the language and cultural issues often associated with off-shore development.

On development work and projects, our experts and partners work with clients to specify and design the business process, workflow requirements and target architecture, and turn these into systems blueprints for rapid construction and delivery near shore.

For infrastructure services, our experts and partners work with clients to specify, implement and monitor the service levels, thereby quality-assuring the near-shore delivery.

The proximity of Spain allowing same time zone development and service means that communication overheads and costs are kept to a minimum and quality can be assured. The use of individuals with British and German nationality, experience or links as the core of the project team optimises communications and avoids specification risks. Frequent short flights ensure staff can be on site when needed.
