Our near-shore and on-site infrastructure teams are composed of highly qualified personnel, with specialists drawn from a wide range of IT disciplines. We aim to totally integrate with the client to understand the technical need in depth, before offering a solution.
For a typical contract, we offer a service manager on client site, backed by a near-shore service or project delivery team based in our IT centre in Madrid.
The local on-site service manager assures the quality of all our services meets the client's expectations and SLA. Clients can then rest assured that the service teams are available at all times, and that they have a clear point of contact for queries and issues.
Outsourcing
If needed, we are able to work with customers to take over support staff as part of any outsourcing of services. Our experience with existing customers shows that we are able to both reduce costs substantially and improve service through redeploying and rebalancing staff and services.
