Development and Project Teams - How We Work
A typical project is structured with a senior business analyst / project lead on site at the client, backed by a technical project leader in the near-shore development centre.
On a typical team of eight staff, the work is divided into two to three work-streams, with a senior analyst programmer / technical lead programmer on each stream, guiding the work of two to three analyst programmers. Depending on the project and specification, these work-streams may specialise into web development, batch and web-service programming and / or database design and implementation.
Testing and documentation at all stages are embedded in the team's daily work. Once implemented, systems support and maintenance work are provided. Agile methods ensure rapid frequent releases for testing and implementation.

Our technical teams can provide expertise in a wide range of platforms.
Web and workflow development can be provided using Java and the Microsoft toolsets on a range of database technologies.
On the Linux and Unix open platforms, we have expertise in Java, JSP, PHP, Oracle, Sybase and MySQL.
On the Microsoft platform .NET, C# and SQL Server are our focus.
