cibsys provides business experts to clients for work on- or off-site in the major european financial centres. Our aim is to minimise the on-site presence for you, thereby also minimising your overheads.

Our offices in London and Frankfurt allow our specialists to spend as much time in your offices as needed. We can draw on associates with key skills in all areas of the corporate, investment and banking markets.

Each business expert on client site is partnered with a near-shore IT project or service manager, who ensures the optimum communication to the delivery team in our Spanish IT centre in Madrid. On development projects and infrastructure services we aim typically to have a five-to seven-man IT team for each expert working on client site. With this setup it is possible to achieve eight man-years of development or service time for around the price of four if all were on-site.

For key stages of the project or service, such as initiation and implementation, our near-shore off-site teams can easily be on site within hours to facilitate information transfer, system handover and support.
