Service Leaders for IT Delivery Centre Madrid
This is a young, dynamic and growing company in a sector with massive potential, and these roles provide a real opportunity for motivated individuals to enhance their careers as well as influence and participate in the company's growth.
The successful candidate must show a demonstrable track record of IT service delivery, ideally within a corporation software house or consultancy. Experience and a capability to successfully design, manage and implement IT solutions with a team of up to eight staff is required. For exceptional candidates, we will also consider applicants who are ready to step up to the overall service lead. Hands-on people- management skills are essential.
The candidate must show an agile 'can do' mentality as these services are time critical, and a record of delivery to high service levels and deadlines is therefore important. Strong infrastructure design ability and management skills are important for success in these roles.
There are opportunities for service leaders from a range of back-grounds as we expect candidates to work with clients across a broad range of technologies. Knowledge and exposure to a range of networks, storage technologies, operating systems and databases is ideal. In particular, expertise in Cisco, Unix, Linux and Microsoft platforms is useful.
These roles will be based in London, Frankfurt or Madrid but will require some travel to clients in major European centres.
