Project Leaders for IT Development Centre Madrid
We are seeking project leaders with strong English language skills to lead development projects required by large corporations and banks across Europe.

The successful candidates must show a demonstrable track record of IT delivery, ideally within a corporation, software house or consultancy. Experience and a capability to successfully design, manage and implement IT solutions with a team of up to eight staff is required. For exceptional candidates, we will also consider team leaders who are ready to step up to the lead on an overall project. Hands-on people-management skills are essential.
The candidates must show an agile ‘can do’ mentality as all these projects are time critical, and a record of delivery to deadlines is therefore important. Strong IT technical design and analysis skills are important for success in these roles. Knowledge of financial services and banking products and processes is ideal, but not essential, as training will be given where needed.
The projects will be run using agile/RAD development techniques. There are opportunities for both open platform-based projects using Java/JSP/PHP/Unix/Linux with Oracle and Sybase and also Microsoft-based projects with .NET/ c# and SQL Server.
These roles will based in London, Frankfurt or Madrid but will require some travel to clients in major European centres. Rewards will be competitive and commensurate with experience and the candidate's ability.
