We are growing fast, with clients from across Europe especially the United Kingdom, Spain and Germany. cibsys is currently hiring to meet this rapid growth in customers. Teams in London and Madrid have between six and eight staff, with the addition of staff on the client site.
Those joining the venture are expected to be ambitious in order to develop their careers with the company. To reflect this ambition, a profit participation scheme for early joiners is planned, with the aim that a proportion of the dividends of the growth are reserved for staff rewards.

For exceptional candidates, we will consider graduates with limited commercial experience who can demonstrate strong technical skills and a commercial attitude. A willingness to work in a young, dynamic team coupled with a team-player attitude are essential.
The candidate must show an agile ‘can do' mentality as these services are time critical, and a record of delivery to high service levels and deadlines is therefore important. Strong infrastructure service and customer skills are important for success in these roles. Training will be provided where needed.
These roles will be based in London, Frankfurt or Madrid but will require some travel to clients in major European centres. Rewards will be competitive and commensurate with experience and the candidates ability.
