An example of our branch and infrastructure support service offering is for a European leisure group with 34 locations across 7 countries in Europe.
We have enabled the group to expand faster whilst reducing their overall IT infrastructure costs by at least 25%. This was achieved through a combination of outsourcing and centralisation of key services. The group is expanding rapidly and through our standardisation of their IT architecture the new sites can now be brought on-board at half the cost both in time and money.
We were able to centralise their system and application monitoring, email and other key services, sharing the costs of key skills with other customers, and thereby minimise the service required in each branch location.
We support the companies regional branches from our IT centre via a combination of “down the wire” services and a centralised support desk, backup up by emergency local support.

Further Example of Our Services to Corporate Clients
Small companies with only one or two sites and less than 500 staff often see the biggest benefit when outsourcing their services to cibsys group. A good example is the service we provide to a legal partnership in Spain.
The firm asked cibsys group to take over the running of their IT when critical IT employees left the company leaving them exposed. Despite the lack of hand over we were able to seamlessly take over the IT support and service needed by the firm. The legal partners found that service improved because we were able to offer a much wider range of skills than previously. The partners were also pleased with a drop in IT costs by one third once we had optimised their spending.
