The client was struggling to support all their systems at a reasonable cost and so contracted with cibsys to review and improve their IT. We are now their trusted partner for all their IT needs.
To save money we centralised their helpdesk and user support and we are now able to support users in all the client offices from a central IT team combined with minimal local on-site presence.
Initially the client was concerned that ‘down-the-wire’ support would cut service levels, but in practice we have proved that more than 95% of all calls can be fixed remotely. Response is now much faster and cheaper, and both users and management are happier.

One example development project for a German client was to provide a web-based interface for clients to manage cash movements on bank accounts within their foreign branches. The bank asked cibsys to rapidly develop the software to help some of its corporate clients.
Changes to the way the international cash management is undertaken by corporate clients of the bank was driving a demand for a revolution in the services offered. With the solution developed by cibsys, clients are now able to manage their cash flow online securely, and effect secure payments from their accounts. The software was developed rapidly using the Microsoft toolset.
