The company is growing fast with clients from across Europe especially the United Kingdom, Spain and Germany.  The company is currently hiring to meet this rapid growth in customers.  Each team has between six and eight staff in the IT centre in Madrid, with the addition of one or two staff on client site.

Junior staff joining as analyst programmers or infrastructure service engineers are expected to grow through experience and training into technical leads and / or senior analysts programmers, and in due course take the overall project or service lead role. At the more senior level, the company growth is expected to keep staff challenged and developing in their careers.

Early joiners to the venture are expected to be equally ambitious and can develop their careers with the company. To reflect this ambition, a profit participation scheme for early joiners is planned, with the aim that a proportion of the dividends of the growth are reserved for staff rewards.
